When: Afternoon, evening and Saturday availability. Check openings on the calendar below. You can schedule your lessons online. You can also reschedule and cancel your own lessons online more than 24 hours in advance.

Instruments Taught: Violin (beginner-late intermediate), Viola (beginner), Cello (in group classes)

Description:  Antoinette is the owner of NYC Violin Studio, a member of the American String Teachers Association (ASTA) and the NY Repertory Orchestra (concert schedule here). She has taught thousands of hours over the last 10 years and has been playing violin for 29 years and cello for 1 year. She specializes in classical, contemporary, fiddle, electric violin and 5-string violin, and teaches beginner viola. Antoinette is constantly updating the NYC Violin Studio YouTube page with helpful tutorials and play-alongs. She has begun learning cello and is recruiting student cellists for her student orchestra. As a patient and friendly but results-oriented teacher, she is is confident you will make huge strides in your playing, no matter what your starting point or age.

Specialties: Passionate about teaching adult beginners in the most efficient, effective and fun way possible.

Prerequisites: Ages 6 and older. Adult students welcome.

Discounted Lessons: If you choose to buy a package of 4 or more lessons, you will receive an automatic discount.

Cancellation Policy: Private lessons must be canceled 24 hours or more in advance, or you may be charged the full lesson fee.
